If you're on a roll, and looking for more content than you expected, we can upgrade your package at any time. If you find yourself needing less, you can downgrade after the expiry of your current agreement. Unless we have agreed this beforehand, you won't be able to roll content over from month to month. The retainer is designed to build and maintain your momentum as part of a consistent content strategy.

Production times vary, but when you commit to us, we commit to you. Retainer projects are both prioritised and benefit from a workflow that gets more streamlined with each production. On average you can expect to see your first videos within two weeks of briefing. If you need something on a specific deadline, we'll do everything we can to make it work.

After an initial chat to see how videos can support your marketing plan, we'll request your brand assets and a brief for the first project(s). Don't worry, we've got a template for that if you need it.

Whatever your strategic goals need. The scope and production time will vary depending on your package, but we can handle everything from social clips to cinematic showreels.

We'll take care of everything, all we need is our requested information on the agreed timeframe. And you can keep an eye on the whole project, with full transparency, on your own Monday.com board. We're here to keep things stress-free.

Some filming projects can carry extra costs, every project is unique. If you need something that's beyond your retainer package, nothing will be done without your agreement beforehand. If you need us to explore other ways to get things done within your retained, we'll always give you every option.

If you haven't told us that you'd like to stop producing content, your retainer will be automatically extended for 3 months at a time to keep your momentum going. We'll have regular calls to make sure that you're getting exactly what you need, with total transparency over everything. Of course if you want to cancel at any point, we just need 30 days notice.
