CMYUK wanted to change perceptions.
Too often, Chinese manufacturing is judged on outdated assumptions rather than the quality of what’s being produced today. This video introduces JWEI and UFabrik as innovative, technology-led businesses competing confidently on the global stage.
Filmed across both manufacturing facilities in China, the video combines factory footage, product demonstrations and leadership interviews to showcase the engineering behind JWEI’s JCUT digital cutting tables and the scale, consistency and sustainability of UFabrik’s textile production.
The challenge was to position JWEI and UFabrik as premium manufacturers capable of standing alongside established European and American competitors.
The video needed to build confidence with Western print service providers and manufacturers by demonstrating technical capability, manufacturing excellence and a commitment to innovation. At the same time, it had to showcase the performance of JWEI’s JCUT technology while reinforcing UFabrik’s reputation as a high-quality, environmentally responsible textile producer.
Changing perceptions meant backing every claim with proof.
Working closely with CMYUK, we identified the technical strengths that would resonate most with the target audience. From the speed, precision and automation of JWEI’s cutting technology to the efficiency, scale and sustainability of UFabrik’s manufacturing processes, every scene was chosen to demonstrate capability rather than simply describe it.
Our team travelled to China to film across both facilities, capturing production in action alongside interviews with JWEI’s founder and UFabrik’s leadership team. The result is a polished brand video that combines technical credibility with premium production values, positioning both companies as trusted, forward-thinking manufacturers ready to compete on the world stage.
